This year’s NAIDOC Week was a shared celebration alongside our Partners and stakeholders. In the Precinct’s Cultural Gathering Place, a Welcome to Country opened the morning followed by traditional dancers.

Both Belinda Cashmore (Director, Aboriginal Health Strategy - WSLHD) and Karen Beetson (Director of Aboriginal Health – SCHN) spoke about the importance of working together to deliver the best care to our communities.

In the afternoon, the inaugural Westmead NAIDOC trivia took place in the Westmead Innovation Centre.
