Health Enterprise Zone (HEZ)

There is land to the north of the precinct earmarked for future development, presenting opportunities for industry to co-locate at the Westmead Health Precinct.

The long term vision for the HEZ is to deliver future health enterprise uses including advanced manufacturing (approx 100,105 sqm), commercial (approx 138,283 sqm), research, and amenities, creating significant place-making that supports the Westmead innovation ecosystem, driving economic advancements, employment opportunities and services for Western Sydney.
