It was an incredible experience to co-host this year’s Innovate Western Sydney showcase with the University of Sydney, alongside the outstanding support of our partners across Western Sydney.
This year’s event was proudly presented by Investment NSW, the Office of Health & Medical Research, the University of Sydney, and Western Sydney Local Health District, with the generous support of Cicada Innovations, Spacecubed, UNSW, Western Sydney University and LaunchPad, City of Parramatta, Cumberland City Council, and Fairfield City Council.
The energy on the day was truly electrifying. From the sharing of stories and knowledge to the formation of new connections, the event was a vibrant celebration of Western Sydney’s diverse and rapidly growing innovation ecosystem. It was inspiring to see entrepreneurs, researchers, industry partners, and government come together with a shared purpose – championing Western Sydney and the bright future we are building together.
Westmead Health Precinct continues to sit at the heart of health research and innovation in the region. Innovate Western Sydney serves as a regional innovation hub meet-up, reflecting our ongoing commitment to improved care delivery, research translation, and cross-sector collaboration.
